Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:
   • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
   • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at webstoreadmin@sanygroup.com or call us at 1800 209 3337 with your order details.
   • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders:
   • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   • Returns are allowed within 2 days of order delivery.
   • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, labels, and accessories are intact. 
2. Non-Returnable Items:
   • The following items are non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:
     • Consumable items (e.g., lubricants, filters).
     • Customized or personalized products.
   • Items sold in sale are non-returnable.
3. Spare Parts Returns:
   • Spare parts can be returned only if a wrong part or a defective part is supplied.
   • To initiate a return for spare parts, please email us at webstoreadmin@sanygroup.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
4. Return Process:
   • To initiate a return, please email us at webstoreadmin@sanygroup.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
   • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item.
   • Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds are issued for eligible returns, cancelled orders, or defective/damaged products.
   • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
2. Refund Process:
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
   • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
3. Defective or Damaged Products:

   • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge.

Exceptions

• Sale Items: Items sold during a Sale cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged.
• Customized Products: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
• Spare Parts: Spare parts can only be returned if a wrong or defective part is supplied.
